Story Summary

Following their infiltration of Las Noches in Season 7, Ichigo and his allies become separated while fighting through Aizen’s fortress. Each member of the rescue team is forced into individual battles against increasingly powerful Arrancars and Espada.

Ichigo continues searching for Orihime while trying to conserve his strength for the inevitable confrontation with Ulquiorra and Aizen’s strongest forces. However, the constant battles and pressure caused by his Hollow powers begin taking a serious physical and psychological toll on him.
